Quick, easy & healthy lunch.


Today is one of those days when I don't feel like spending too much time in the kitchen so I thought I'll show you what I came up with :) 
Being on a diet doesn't mean that you can't cook a meal with a few last items from your fridge.

To make this you need only 5 ingridients:

- wholemeal pasta,
- 2 tomatoes,
- one teaspoon of horseradish,
- beans,
- one can of tuna,
- salt, pepper & cayenne pepper.

I promise you - it tastes amazing! But keep in mind that pasta has loads of carbs so if you don't exercise don't eat loads of it.
